  Bottom line: Great staff, great craft beer, and good food!
  
  I went to Growler USA for the first time with a friend and it was slammed to the point of having to wait just to sit at the bar. My friend had been a few times and noted that this was the busiest he had ever seen it! It was apparent that the staff was overwhelmed by the crowd but what impressed us is how they responded. If drink orders were incorrect, customers weren't charged. If food was delayed, the staff brought out free appetizers to bridge the gap. If people were displeased (and it was clear that some were) the staff listened patiently, expressed empathy and genuine apology, and then attempted to compensate the customer above and beyond any place I have every been. This crew exemplified what good customer service is suppose to be. When everything was falling apart they kept their cool until additional staff arrived to alleviate the chaos.
  
  If you like craft beer, Growler USA has one of the best selections on tap I have seen! The food menu was small (which is sometimes an advantage) but all of the items we had were really good.
  
  I will definitely be back!
